KNOWN SCAM CIRCULATING!

BEWARE of scams on Facebook and other social media accounts.  No tenant or individual has the right to send you an ARPM lease to sign. 

Never give out personal information, send an application fee, or send a security deposit to any individual advertising one of our apartments for rent. Please make sure that you are working directly with our company and our licensed agents when signing one of our leases. All payments will be made to us.

The best way to protect yourself is to call our office to verify that the advertisement is real and that the property/apartment is available for rent. Work directly with one of our licensed agents to ensure legitimacy.  Additionally, ensure any emails received are both expected AND from someone from the @arpm.deploymentarpm.com domain, NOT Gmail!
